Stepmother's expectation & step daughter's reality

Her stepmother, a hardworking and warrior woman, tried to give all the best to her stepdaughter, as she was always very concerned about her professional future. This led her to try to talk to her boss, an exemplary good man, and very respectful to all employees, asking him for an opportunity for the first job for her beloved stepdaughter. Her stepmother always had an expectation that her stepdaughter would do her best and be totally committed to her professional future, but the reality was different.
